Interactive Spring Bench

30 miniature slinkies!!! These arrived today. Can't wait to experiment!

One possible slinky vibrating machine with small hammers actuated by solenoids.

A bed with springs that create disruptive noise

I came up with this vision during Jonathan Abel's lecture on reverberation and resonance withing spaces. This project takes something dangerous and disruptive and make it into something benign and almost musical.
