ON AIR Lights

Studios C, D, E, the Listening Room, and the Stage have “ON AIR” lights on the outside of the door, alerting people not to open the door because you are inside broadcasting/recording/concentrating/etc. and do not wish to be disturbed.

You operate the light using this panel:

All operation uses the single button at the bottom of the panel:

• Press the button multiple times to toggle through different durations (1, 2, 4, 8, or 0 hours). The light will automatically turn off after that amount of time.
• Or, hold the button to select “HOLD.” The light turns on indefinitely.
• When done, press the button until no green LED is lit, turning off the light.

The Recording Studio and Control Room have a different system that’s just an on/off switch, and the light says “RECORDING.”
